    I like this gas station but the cashiers have a little bit of a attitude. I use only Arco gas and it hasn't done me wrong for my cars yet..so if your looking for a quick stop for a road trip, why not stop. The restroom are clean when I come through and it's the lowest price around this area. And if any one person is expecting the Hilton form a "Gas Stations" you need to cut it out ..

    My wife and I have used Robert on multiple occasions. I first met Robert when I was looking to purchase my first home in Santa Clarita 8 years ago. Robert is very knowledgeable and willing to help. He's there to help you and find you what your looking for and staying within and under your budget. After making my first purchase we used Robert to find two tenants after turning the property into a rental. Our most recent experience with Robert was listing two of our properties in Santa Clarita and Lancaster. With the marketing and photo's he had taken the Lancaster house sold after just two days on the market with four offers. I would recommend Robert to anyone that would like a pleasant experience with a realtor that is there to work for you.

He was really attentive to my needs and took the time to explain all the details of the home buying process so that I never felt in the dark. He negotiated an amazing price for my home and I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again in the future.

    Robert has helped me twice in my real estate endeavors. The first was in an auxiliary fashion, where he referred me to a real estate agent in the Bay Area. The agent he referred was of the highest quality, which shows Robert is careful about his recommendations. The second was helping my uncle purchase a house in the Santa Clarita Valley. My uncle had previously been working with another agent, and progress was at a standstill after many months. Since Robert had helped me previously, I suggested to my uncle that he switch to Robert. He did so, and within a few weeks my uncle had an accepted offer, due to some pretty creative thinking on Robert's part. So I think it's fair to say my uncle got his new house in large part due to Robert. I highly recommend him.
